چکیده
Implication for health policy/practice/research/medical education: Glomerulocystic kidney is a lesion with protean causes and clinical manifestations. Recent clinicopathological and molecular genetic analysis have shed light on the varied etiology, symptomatology, presenting features and have allowed a better classification of the disease. An accurate categorization of the lesion is of utmost importance for the proper prognostication and appropriate management of individual patients.

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a rare anomaly with a reported incidence of 1 in 16,000 populations. It may be associated with herniation of stomach, intestinal loops, spleen, and kidney through a chest wall defect. We report a case of a 1 year old male child who presented with recurrent fever, occasional chills and rigor of 4 months duration. Left kidney was non visualised on ultrasou...

A 2.5-year-old boy with a history of the previous incidental finding of an ectopic kidney in ultrasonography was referred to our nuclear medicine center for 99mTc-DMSA renal scintigraphy. The scan showed an unusual type of ectopic fused kidneys on the right side of the lower abdomen. In this anomaly, kidneys were fused completely across the medial portion of both upper and lower pole...
